
Child Care Subsidy – Alberta
Families may be eligible for the Alberta Child Care Subsidy, which helps reduce child care fees based on household income and family size. This child care subsidy aims to provide financial assistance to families in need, making quality child care more accessible.
If approved, the subsidy is paid directly to the day home, effectively lowering your monthly child care fees.
Who Can Apply?
You may qualify for child care fees assistance if:
- You live in Alberta
- Your child is between 0 to Grade 6
- You require child care for:
- Work
- School or training
- Job search
- Medical or special needs
- Your household income meets Alberta subsidy guidelines
How to Apply
You can apply online through the Government of Alberta Child Care Subsidy program. Once approved, simply provide your subsidy approval letter to us, and the subsidy will be applied to your child care fees.
👉 Parents are responsible for applying and renewing their child care subsidy on time.
